Terms & Conditions
DIC’s pallet has been tested under extreme conditions at our laboratory. If it is handled in conditions beyond the specified ones, undesirable accidents may result. Please use the pallet within the stipulated terms and conditions for each model.
DIC’s pallet is designed only for the use of material handling and storage of cargo. Never use it for other purposes.
DIC’s pallet is made from thermo-plastic resin. Never place it close to fire or heater to prevent deformation.
The maximum dynamic load and static load are tested under JIS Z0606 (except EA-1111). Please ensure the load is within these weight limits. If excessive weight is loaded, the cargoes may fall or contorted.
Each DIC’s pallet is equipped with slip stoppers for cargoes and forks. However, during handling by fork on wet or oily conditions, the pallet may be slippery. Please pay attention when handling in such conditions.
The shock absorbing strength of the DIC’s pallet (made from P.P. or H.D.P.E.) will be reduced in conditions when the temperature is below Zero Degree Celsius (0ºC). Please handle your cargoes with extra care if the pallets are used in freezing warehouses.
DIC PALLET is made from P.P. or H.D.P.E. which is stable against most chemical products. However, strong acids or solvents will damage the pallets. Please ensure that the pallets are free from these destructive liquids.
DIC’s pallet L-series (SLA-1111, SLA-1210 & LA-1210) and E-series (EA-1111, EA-1010) cannot be used in storage racks and for automated warehouses which have beams to support only two points of the pallets. The F-series, H-series, P-series, Z-series and E-series (EA-1210 & EA1212) can be put on the rack but each model is restricted to its own maximum weight limitations. Please call us for any enquiries about maximum weight limitations. Please also inform us of the conditions of your cargo storage.
Do not make any holes or modify the shape of the DIC PALLET to prevent the reduction of its strength.
